Paragon Honda wanted to provide a more simplified experience for its customers. In light of the pandemic, when no one wanted to be out in public, let alone for hours at the dealership, this ended up being the perfect move. Pick-up and delivery fit perfectly into the current state of the world, and our Premier Google partnership allowed ease in the linking of Google Assistant. They just needed to let people know about it and connect with people at home. So we utilized targeted direct mail and email on top of social media and pre-roll video. The pre-roll spot connected with people at home watching youtube during the pandemic, while the social and mail reached everyone else.
